This Privacy Policy explains how Quentin Dommerc (“we”, “us” or “SkinsCard”) handles information when you use the SkinsCard iPhone and Apple Watch applications and this website.
SkinsCard is designed as a local-first golf scoring app. Round information that you enter—such as player names, course details, pars, scores, game settings and saved results—is stored on your device. We do not sell this round information or use it for advertising.
When you choose to share a result, the app sends only the content you choose to share to the iOS sharing destination you select. We do not receive a copy of that shared result.
When analytics is enabled in the app configuration, SkinsCard may send limited technical and product-usage events to our analytics service. These events can include a pseudonymous device identifier, a session identifier, app and operating-system versions, event names, screen names, purchase/entitlement state and feature-flag context. They are used to operate, troubleshoot and improve the app.
Analytics does not include your payment card details or the contents of your golf scorecard. If the analytics service is unavailable or not configured, events remain local or are not sent.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card number. To verify access to SkinsCard Pro and restore purchases, transaction and entitlement information may be processed by Apple and, where configured, RevenueCat. Their processing is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.
If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address, device details and the description of your request. We use it only to respond to support requests and maintain the service.
Round data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request and maintain appropriate business records. You can request deletion of support information by contacting us.
SkinsCard is a recreational golf utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of personal information. Contact us and we will handle your request as required by applicable law.
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The effective date above indicates the latest version. Continued use of the service after an update means that you have had the opportunity to review the revised policy.
